About Us

360 Services provides Care Workers, Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants for Supported Living environments including registered Care & Residential Homes.

We have built our reputation as an outsourcing partner to Housing Associations for the provision of long-term overnight staff for a wide range of properties that facilitate the accommodation needs of Vulnerable Adults. However, our team are also happy to help our clients with lastminute and short-term cover.

360 Services have been supplying Support Workers to Hostels and the Supported Accommodation sector since 2014. In 2024, we extended our services to include
Supported Living environments.

360 Services have built our reputation on transparency with our clients and ensuring that despite the various unexpected challenges that can arise, all shifts that we have committed our staff to are covered.

This allows our staff to build relationships with your residents through consistent staff members working. It also means that we can take over responsibility for agreed aspects of training and inductions.

Emergency Cover

Our pool of staff are always on standby, should your team suffer from a short notice staff absence, or if a resident in crisis creates an unforeseen additional staffing need.

Holiday Cover & Short-Term Requirements

With advance notice we can ensure that you are supplied with somebody who is experienced with your home’s specific requirements and training. Our Area
Supervisors can deliver training for agreed roles if you are unable to facilitate.

Contracted Cover
360 Services are happy to provide preferential rates to our clients that request cover for periods of 3 months or over. We are confident that our clients will be satisfied with the standard of service that we offer. Therefore, most of our contracted cover has a one month notice period even though we have been working with some of these clients for many years.

This enables our clients to have flexibility should budgets or staffing arrangements change. We have no need to tie our clients to unnecessary long contracts. Our
clients keep using our services because they want to โ€“ not because they have to.

Bespoke Induction Programmes for Our Staff

If it helps you to manage your facility, leave the training to us. Dedicated Area Supervisors will be trained on the appropriate induction procedures for your site. So,
if a new member of staff has to cover, you do not need to arrange for their training if you do not have a suitable trainer working during that shift.

24 Hour Operations Control Room

Our Operations Department is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, this ensures that all queries are responded to by an experienced and informed employee, increasing the speed with which cover can be provided to our clients.
Our approach to Operations ensures that all of our staff are provided with overnight support, should incidents arise that require additional input or expertise.

Dedicated Recruitment Team

Our recruitment specialists ensure that only applicants with the correct skills, qualifications and aptitude are deployed to our clients.
All candidates are interviewed, five years of referencing is undertaken and all candidates are assessed again by a member of our operations team during their pre deployment inductions. If at any stage we are not comfortable that a candidate will meet the high standards that our clients expect, their recruitment will be aborted.

All Staff with UK Experience

All of our staff are required to have undertaken at least 1 year of relevant experience within a UK Supported Living or Supported Accommodation within the past 3 years.

Enhanced DBS Checked

All of our staff hold an Enhanced DBS check, which is updated on an annual basis.
They are also checked against both the adult and the child barred list.

Training

Our in-house training team ensures that all candidates have current, up-to-date training in all mandatory and relevant fields.
