Security Concierge - London
360 Security & Support Services requires a Security Concierge Officer.
The successful candidate will need to deliver high quality person-centred support to customers living in supported accommodation service in accordance with the Person-Centred principles, enabling clients to sustain their tenancies by promoting independence, freedom and choice.
Must Have:
- Excellent communication and man-management skills
- A working knowledge and understanding of how to support people in achieving and maintaining independence
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To empower service users to adhere to house rules including those relating to visitors and guests, cleaning of common areas and noise.
- Report any concerns relating to safeguarding of vulnerable people using the correct procedures.
- High level of relationship skills: empathy, mutual acceptance, supportive and constructive challenge; positive expectation for the future.
