The candidate must have strong administrative skills and excellent customer service abilities and have experience using Microsoft Office to oversee evening and night operations during unsociable hours (shift pattern of evenings, nights and weekends).
Some of your responsibilities will include staff rosters, ensuring that all shifts are covered as required, staff arrive on time, check calls are made and patrols are being conducted. Incoming and outgoing calls to our clients and staff and ensuring that documentation is completed on time and returned by field-based staff. 360 Services is recruiting a part-time Office Administrator/Customer Service Specialist in Dartford to work Monday to Wednesday and 1 Saturday a month. The successful candidate must have excellent admin skills, including Microsoft Office, an excellent telephone manner with the ability to manage and escalate queries, good standard of customer service.
Some of your responsibilities will include answering calls, checking on the safety of our staff, ensuring that staff are on site at the correct times, relaying information to our staff via telephone and email and taking requests for work from our customers.
