Q. Do you provide a genuine national service?
A. 360 Services currently operates sites throughout various regions of the UK, including Kent, Reading, Oxford, Abingdon, Bolton, Manchester, Coventry, Bristol, Liverpool and of course Greater London . We have ongoing contracts in all these regions. In addition, some of our clients with sites or retail outlets nationwide like Whistles & Phase Eight ask us to undertake ad-hoc emergency cover for short periods in all our stores. The only areas that we can not commit to covering for ad-hoc work are Northern Ireland & Wales.
Q. Do you conduct site surveys prior to quoting?
A. 360 Services are pleased to attend your site prior to the creation of a quote in order to obtain a proper understanding of your requirements. Your quote will always provide all feasible options. With the intention to save our clients unnecessary expenses and cost-effective solutions.
Q. What should a client look for in a competent safeguarding and security company?
We believe that reputation and strong customer feedback are essential to selecting the correct providers. 360 Service is proud of the fact that many of our clients have been with us for several years, as well as many of our employees. Every quarter we undertake reviews of our performance across all our sites with our clients to ensure that we are meeting our clients’ needs. These surveys are readily available to prospective clients on request.

A. 360 Services are a customer-focused business. We work on the assumption that no two clients’ needs are exactly the same, our services and training are therefore bespoke to the individual needs of our clients.
Q. Do you use technology to support your staff and the delivery of your services?
A. 360 Services take our safeguarding responsibilities extremely seriously. We use the latest technology for managing rotas and timekeeping, with staff having instant access to all relevant site instructions on their mobile devices. Patrol Tags and the accuracy of Patrol routes are measured on a real time basis by our Control Room. Lone Worker Devices are provided to staff for their own safety. CCTV can be remotely monitored by our team and Incident Reports are automatically emailed to our clients by our field based staff.
